An appropriate metaphor for my life in general because everyday I continue to learn and process "growing up." I believe in the idea of equality, the pursuit of happiness, and that everyone should be kind to a stranger. Mornings are my favorite. A few personal goals include simplicity, generosity, and creativity.

Our Home in Fall
A few images of our home this Fall.
Me with my sweet little girls.
One Saturday morning.
A spooky pillow or two.
A "Fall" scented candle, so nice.
Acorns and a glazed pumpkin.
Sunday dinner: collard greens simmering and fresh baked corn bread in the oven.
I have a fall scented candle, but mine is in the center of a cluttered kitchen island. No spooky pillows, but I do have black cats. And, let's see, other decor includes candy wrappers littering our every step a ,messily painted pumpkin abandoned on the table and an orange pumpkin-shaped basket in David's bedroom.
Laura, you are your girls look wonderful! Thank you for you sweet comments on my blog! I am so sorry that I missed the reunion...boo hiss on my part. Hope all is well on your end!
